Blu is just a pup with lots of puppy energy! She is currently adoptable through Hornell Area Humane Society. Blu is enrolled in the S.P.I.R.I.T. program and is working closely with a human companion at Steuben County Jail. She is working toward earning her Canine Good Citizen certification and will be ready to go home to her furever home after she's completed the course!
